Great Bowden, Market Harborough

This was a nice job in one of the lovely Victorian terrace properties near the park in Great Bowden, Market Harborough. The client wanted a large office space, with the ability to change to a further bedroom in the near future. We worked with architectural consultants, MWS (Market Harborough) and completed a spacious loft conversion, with an en suite and full-length loft window, which makes for a fantastic view across the mature trees in the park.

On the clients request, we also built in some book casing to the oak stairway and fitted some engineered oak herringbone flooring. The client was very happy with the work and is happy to show potential Harborough Lofts clients the space. Just call and we can arrange.
